Work With Me
You don’t need to be fixed.
You don’t need to be diagnosed.
You don’t need to explain yourself perfectly.
You just need a space where your nervous system can finally exhale.
Working with me is not about diving into pathology or reliving everything that’s ever happened to you. It’s about building steadiness. It’s about helping your body feel safe enough to soften, respond, and reconnect.
Many of the people who come to me are high-functioning on the outside — and exhausted underneath.
They’ve done personal growth work. They understand their patterns.
And yet their body still reacts before their mind can catch up.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not broken.
Your nervous system is just doing what it learned to do.
And it can learn something new.

You Might Be Here Because...
• You feel wired and tired at the same time.
• You carry tension in your jaw, chest, shoulders, or hips.
• You shut down during conflict or become reactive without meaning to.
• You struggle to fully relax — even when things are “fine.”
• You’ve done therapy, but your body still feels guarded.
• You’re navigating a life transition and feel ungrounded.
• You want connection, but vulnerability feels unsafe.
This work is about helping your system shift out of survival patterns and into present-moment capacity.
Not by force.
Not by analysis.
But by attuned, body-centered awareness.

How We Work Together
My approach is person-first and relational.
That means:
-
You are not a label.
-
You are not a diagnosis.
-
You are not a case study.
You are a whole human being whose body has been adapting in intelligent ways.
In our sessions, we slow down enough to notice what your nervous system is communicating. We work gently with sensation, breath, awareness, and relational safety to help your system build resilience and regulation.
Some sessions feel quiet.
Some feel clarifying.
Some feel deeply relieving.
All of them are grounded in steadiness and respect for your pace.
