Ruha Rising is a deeply cleansing, full-body experience.
It begins with movement--the kind that awakens your body, softens your system and reconnects you to yourself in a way that feels safe, alive and whole.
As your body opens and trust returns, the breath deepens, awareness expands, and a quiet aliveness rises from within. You begin to feel yourself differently --more present, more grounded, more fully alive. Your perception shifts, and the way you move through the world begins to change, all while staying centered and steady in yourself.
My intention is to help you reconnect with the power and beauty that already live inside you, so you can move through life with clarity, intention, joy and presence--without losing sight of who you truly are. We all deserve to be fully ourselves, without explanation.

Tracy Anderson
Trauma-Conscious Somatic Practitioner
Tracy is a Trauma-Conscious Somatic Practitioner drawing from over 30 years of experience in the mental health field and movement-based practices to support nervous system regulation and embodied healing. Within Ruha Rising, she practices exclusively as a somatic consultant and movement practitioner — not as a licensed therapist.
I help people reconnect with their bodies after trauma, chronic stress, or long periods of feeling disconnected from themselves.
My work blends trauma-conscious movement, breathwork, and body awareness to create a steady, supportive space where your body can gently release tension and stored stress. We move at your pace. No forcing. No reliving. Just building safety, awareness, and resilience from the inside out.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep ability to read what the body is communicating — often before words are available.
Today, I bring that experience into somatic consultation and movement-based support, helping you feel more grounded, more regulated, and more at home in yourself.
Healing isn’t about fixing you. It’s about reconnecting you to what’s already there.
